OASIS-SB Teaming Partners must possess superlative contractual performance on existing and/or past projects. KTC will select Teaming Partners based upon Relative Past Performance and Client Willingness to complete a Past Performance Questionnaire with a positive reference.

Pricing Flexibility

OASIS-SB Teaming Partners must demonstrate commitment to the Price to Win strategy. KTC will select Task Order Teaming Partners with flexible pricing that will support a winning Task Order Price Volume.

Fiscal Stability

OASIS-SB Teaming Partners must be Fiscally Stable. KTC will select Task Order Teaming Partners that meet the following criteria: Profitability, Two Years Operating History, and adequate Business Credit.

Technical Capability

OASIS-SB Teaming Partners must have a well-defined Core Competency. KTC will select Task Order Teaming Partners with an articulated Value Proposition based upon Corporate Capability.
