ISO 9001:2015 Overview

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

ISO 9001:2015 Registration

The current KTC ISO 9001:2015 Certificate was renewed on November 14, 2018 and is subject for renewal in 2021.

ISO 20000-1:2011 Overview

ISO 20000-1:2011 is the first international standard for Information Technology Service Management and is fully compatible and supportive of the ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) framework. ISO 20000:2011 is a Service Management System (SMS) Standard. It specifies requirements for the Service Provider to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, maintain and improve an SMS. The requirements include the design, transition, delivery and improvement of services to fulfill agreed Service Requirements. ISO 20000:2011 can be used by organizations seeking services from Service Providers that require assurance that their Service Requirements will be fulfilled.

The current KTC ISO 20000:2011 Certificate was renewed on November 14, 2018 and is subject for renewal in 2021.

ISO 27001:2013 Overview

ISO 27001:2013 formally specifies an Information Security Management System (ISMS), a suite of activities concerning the management of Information Security Risks. The ISMS is an overarching management framework through which the organization identifies, analyzes and addresses its Information Security Risks. The ISMS ensures that the security arrangements are fine-tuned to keep pace with changes to the security threats, vulnerabilities and business impacts.

ISO 27001:2013 Registration

The current KTC ISO 27001:2013 Certificate was approved on January 17, 2013 and is subject for renewal in 2019.

ISO 17025:2005 Overview

ISO 17025:2005 specifies the general requirements for the competence to carry out tests and calibrations, including sampling. It covers testing and calibration performed using standard methods, non-standard methods, and laboratory-developed methods.

ISO 17025:2005 Registration

The current ISO 17025:2005 Certificate was approved on February 18, 2014 and is subject for renewal in 2020.

ISO 31000:2009 Overview

ISO 31000:2009 specifies the international requirements for Risk Management. It covers risk management and risk analysis using international best practice risk recommendations to improve management techniques and ensure safety and security. This international standard also helps boost health and safety performance, establish a strong foundation for decision making, and encourage proactive management in all risk-affected areas.

The current ISO 31000:2009 Certificate was approved on September 08, 2014 and is subject for renewal in 2020.
